1. CUSTOMER DECLARATION AND ACCEPTANCE

By submitting a loan application through www.loanify.in, I voluntarily provide my consent to Loanify Finance, a unit of Lonify Takecare Services Association, for collecting, processing, verifying, and using my information for the purpose of evaluating and providing financial services.

I confirm that all information, documents, and details submitted by me are true, accurate, complete, and updated to the best of my knowledge.

I understand that providing false, incorrect, incomplete, manipulated, or misleading information may result in rejection of my application, cancellation of approval, recall of loan facility, or other appropriate action as permitted under applicable laws.

2. PERSONAL INFORMATION CONSENT

I authorize Loanify Finance to collect and process my personal information including:

• Full Name
• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Mobile Number
• Email Address
• Residential Address
• Employment Information
• Income Details
• References provided by me
• Other details submitted during application

for loan processing and related services.

3. KYC DOCUMENT VERIFICATION CONSENT

I voluntarily provide consent to Loanify Finance to collect and verify my KYC information including:

• PAN details
• Aadhaar details (where voluntarily provided)
• Identity proof documents
• Address proof documents
• Photograph/Selfie
• Other documents submitted by me

for the purpose of identity verification, fraud prevention, documentation, and loan processing.

4. CREDIT BUREAU AUTHORIZATION AND CONSENT

I hereby authorize Loanify Finance to access, obtain, verify, and analyze my credit information from authorized Credit Information Companies (CICs), including but not limited to:

• CRIF High Mark
• Experian
• Other authorized credit bureaus

for the purpose of:

• Checking my credit history
• Evaluating my repayment behaviour
• Assessing my creditworthiness
• Determining loan eligibility
• Risk assessment
• Fraud prevention

I understand that my credit report shall be used solely for legitimate loan-related purposes.

I acknowledge that Loanify Finance’s decision regarding approval or rejection of my application shall depend upon its internal credit evaluation criteria.

5. BANK STATEMENT AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION CONSENT

I authorize Loanify Finance to collect, review, and analyze financial information voluntarily submitted by me, including:

• Bank statements
• Salary credits
• Income details
• Existing financial obligations
• Transaction history provided by me

for assessing:

• Income stability
• Repayment capacity
• Loan eligibility
• Credit risk

6. EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION CONSENT

I authorize Loanify Finance to verify employment-related information submitted by me including:

• Employer details
• Employment status
• Salary information
• Work-related information

through available verification methods.

I confirm that employment information provided by me is true and accurate.

7. ESIGN AND DIGITAL DOCUMENTATION CONSENT

I consent to execute loan-related documents digitally through authorized electronic signing service providers.

I understand that:

• Loan Agreements may be digitally executed.
• eSign completion represents my acceptance of loan terms.
• Digitally signed documents shall be valid as permitted under applicable laws.

I confirm that I will carefully review all loan documents before signing.

8. NACH / REPAYMENT AUTHORIZATION CONSENT

I consent to complete electronic repayment authorization processes including NACH or other approved payment mechanisms wherever applicable.

I authorize Loanify Finance and its authorized payment partners to process repayment instructions as agreed under the Loan Agreement.

I understand that failure of automated repayment does not remove my responsibility to repay outstanding dues.

9. COMMUNICATION CONSENT

I authorize Loanify Finance and its authorized representatives to communicate with me through:

• Phone calls
• SMS
• WhatsApp messages
• Email
• Written communication

for purposes including:

• Loan application updates
• Verification
• Documentation
• Loan servicing
• Payment reminders
• Customer support
• Important notifications

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER CONSENT

I understand and agree that Loanify Finance may share necessary information with authorized third-party service providers including:

• Credit bureaus
• Verification partners
• Technology service providers
• eSign providers
• Payment/NACH service providers
• Legal representatives
• Authorized recovery partners

only for legitimate loan-related purposes.

11. REPAYMENT RESPONSIBILITY DECLARATION

I acknowledge and agree that:

• I am voluntarily availing the loan facility.
• I have understood the repayment terms.
• I have assessed my repayment capacity before accepting the loan.
• I am responsible for repayment within agreed timelines.

I understand that financial difficulties, personal circumstances, employment changes, or any other reasons do not automatically remove my repayment obligations under the Loan Agreement.

12. RECOVERY AND LEGAL COMMUNICATION CONSENT

In case of non-payment or default, I understand that Loanify Finance may:

• Contact me regarding outstanding dues.
• Send repayment reminders.
• Initiate recovery communication.
• Engage authorized recovery/legal representatives.
• Take appropriate remedies available under applicable law.

I understand that recovery activities shall be conducted through lawful procedures.

13. DATA PRIVACY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I acknowledge that:

• Loanify Finance operates only through its Website.
• Loanify Finance does not access my mobile phone data.
• Loanify Finance does not collect my contacts, SMS, call logs, gallery, installed applications, or device files.

All information collected is based on information voluntarily submitted by me or obtained with my consent.

14. TERMS & POLICY ACCEPTANCE

By submitting my application, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to:

• Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Fair Practice Code
• Loan Agreement terms

15. FINAL CUSTOMER DECLARATION

I hereby confirm that:
